Thank you so much for considering DialedInPhotography! I’m truly honored to be part of capturing your special moments and can’t wait to create something meaningful and unique with you. Every shoot is different, whether it’s a wedding, lifestyle session, graduation, couples shoot, or something else entirely. So it’s important to reach out and chat about the vision you have in mind. The policies below are just a general blueprint to help guide the experience, but each session is tailored to fit you.

Schedule Consultation
Scheduling a consultation and messaging me before booking is a key step in making sure your photography session is everything you envision. It gives us a chance to connect, talk through your ideas, discuss any special requests or locations, and make sure we’re on the same page creatively. This way, we can plan every detail with intention and ensure a smooth, personalized experience that reflects your unique style.

Payments
To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This locks in your date and ensures your spot is reserved. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. CashApp is also accepted, but please note there is an additional $10 fee due to transaction deductions on that platform. Final images will not be delivered until payment is received in full.

Tardiness & Cancellations
Life happens — I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit. On the day of your session, please arrive on time. There’s a 15-minute grace period, but after that, your session may be shortened or cancelled without a refund. Respecting the schedule helps me give every client the time and experience they deserve.

Editing & Delivery
Your edited photos will be delivered within 10–14 business days after your session. Each image is carefully edited to ensure the best quality and attention to detail. If you need your photos sooner, rush editing is available upon request for an additional fee—just let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline!
